Questions shop owners ask
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Billing, stock and reports run on your Windows PC without internet. Internet is only used for WhatsApp bills, cloud backup and updates.
What computer do I need?
Any Windows 10 or 11 PC or laptop. It works with regular A4/A5 printers, 80 mm / 58 mm thermal printers and barcode scanners.
Can it handle the composition scheme?
Yes. Choose Regular or Composition in settings. Composition shops print a Bill of Supply without GST and get the quarterly CMP-08 turnover statement.
Can I sell loose tablets?
Yes. Sell full strips or individual tablets — stock and price are worked out per tablet automatically.
I already use another POS / billing software. Will I lose my data?
No. We migrate from most pharmacy billing systems — medicines, current stock with batches and expiry, customers, suppliers, doctors and historical bills — so you continue from where you left off.
