About these terms

These terms apply to the retayo.com website, the Retayo blog, the Retayo Pharma software and the shop dashboard at retayo.com/app. By using them you agree to these terms. Your licence for Retayo Pharma (counters, shops, support and any charges) is agreed with you separately when your shop is set up.

Using the software and dashboard

Retayo Pharma is licensed for use in the shops and on the counters agreed with you. Keep your login details private and use separate staff logins with suitable permissions. You are responsible for the bills, prices, stock and tax entries made in your shop, and for checking GST returns and statutory registers with your accountant before filing.

Your data

Your store’s data belongs to you. It is stored on your shop computer, and copies are sent to Retayo servers only for features you use, such as the owner dashboard, backups and WhatsApp bills. See the Privacy Policy for details.

WhatsApp and messages

Messages sent to your customers through Retayo use the official WhatsApp Business platform and are charged from your prepaid message balance. Send messages only to customers who have given you their number, and follow WhatsApp’s rules on the content you send.

Articles on the Retayo blog are general information for medical store owners and are not legal, tax or medical advice. Information about other software comes from public sources and may change — please confirm details with each company.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the software, dashboard and updates reliable, but cannot guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. Keep regular backups. To the extent allowed by law, Retayo is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or software.
